In collaboration with The Food Bank for the City of New York and the Mario Batali Foundation, we have established the Community CookShop, a family-oriented health and nutrition program which engages families - parents and their children -  weekly to prepare recipes hands-on, using nutritious ingredients that  are supplied by the funders. Participants acquire skills to maximize their food budgets, learn tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and prepare tasty recipes developed by Chef Mario Batli.
