You or your business can be a Sponsor of our Community Fair to raise awareness of the problems of diabetes, focused on risks reduction in the Bronx.
Community Fair: Saturday August 9, 2014. The venue is 3021-31 Webster Avenue, Bronx, NY 10467. The time is 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m. This event is the highpoint of a six weeks’ campaign to raise awareness of the problems of diabetes, focused on risks deduction in the Bronx. The campaign is conducted by the Summer Youth Employment Workers (SYEP) attached to Christ Disciples Int’l Ministries, Inc.(CDIM) Funds raised from the Community Fair will help CDIM sustain the campaign as additional materials will be obtained to wrap the project around CDIM’s existing food program. Greater than 300 people will participate in the Community Fair.
Benefit: As a sponsor, your organization will secure a table during the event to advertise its services, added to being placed in all related outreach materials.
