Dear friend, do you have goals that you want to attain this year? Let us together launch into the year with renewed determination to accomplish them. Here are steps that we must take: First, we need to be unselfish. Our goals should align with God’s purpose for us. Second, we have to repose implicit faith in God, that in His dominion, He has empowered us to succeed because we are His heirs through Christ. We know that GOD, who owns all things, and in whom are all things, in “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.” 2 Peter 1:3 . What a delight! We are empowered children of God.
No matter the magnitude of our needs, let us tell God what they are and rest them prayerfully on Him. Let us profess without wavering that those needs are met. We are not lying. This is what God says we must do. He will demolish every obstacle that sets itself up against our goals, and carefully fulfill our desires. Nothing in all creation can interfere with the plan of God for us this year. Be blessed.
